Woodhall Resourcing are currently recruiting for a pharmacy dispensing assistant for a community pharmacy based in Fleetwood.
The role is to cover the 6th May 2025 – 4th July 2025
Pay rate will be £15.68 per hour umbrella.
Duties
• Delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimised
• Ensuring accurate handling and dispensing on all medicines – NHS and private
• Complying with legal and professional requirements and Company SOP’s
• Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate
• Ensuring all customers and patients receive safe and accurate advice on medicines – including OTC medication as required
• Delivering on all aspects of the Dispensing role including ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing with appropriate claims
Requirements
• You will have a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services / Dispensing Assistant qualifications completed by a GPhC accredited route or be enrolled on a UK MPharm degree course.
• Experience of working in a community pharmacy, ideally with experience of using Pharmacy Manager software
