Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join an independent surveying consultancy in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a an Assistant Building Surveyor / Building Surveyor.

The business works across a variety of sectors, including Heritage, Commercial and Education, meaning you’ll be exposed to a broad range of technical and project-based work.

Duties:
As a surveyor, you’ll be supporting in the following areas:
Technical Services:
• Pre-acquisition Surveys
• Defect Diagnosis
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Condition Surveys
• Housing Disrepair Surveys
• Party Wall
Project Services:
• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Procurement
• Acting as Employers Agent
Requirements
• Degree in Building Surveying or similar related field
• 1-2 years experience in a Building Surveying or similar role
• A strong desire to undertake your APC
• Eager to learn and progress quickly
