Job Description
This independent Building Surveying and Development Management organisation are seeking an enthusiastic Chartered Building Surveyor to assist in a range of exciting projects across London and the South.
The successful candidate should be commercially astute and experienced in dilapidations, party wall work, contract administration, defects diagnosis and all aspects of general building surveying. Project coordination experience would also be an advantage.
They work on a range of commercial, residential and industrial projects.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop within the firm.
Key Accountabilities:

Requirements
Degree in Building Surveying (or similar).
MRICS qualified.
Technical and Project experience across the built environment.
Ambitions to develop and progress within the company.
