Job Description
This Building Surveying and Development Management organisation are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to assist in a range of exciting projects across London and the South.
The successful candidate should be on the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway or wanted to enrol soon with at least one year of post-degree experience as a building surveyor in an assistant capacity, preferably with experience in the commercial, residential or industrial sector.
The successful candidate will assist with dilapidations, party wall work, contract administration, defects diagnosis and all aspects of general building surveying work and can expect full training and support in connection with achieving MRICS status.
They work on a range of commercial, residential and industrial projects.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop within the firm.

Requirements
Degree in Building Surveying (or similar)
Eagerness to pursue the APC pathway to become a MRICS Surveyor
At least one years experience within a Building Surveying role
