Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join this independent Surveying Consultancy who are in need of a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor in Bristol. Working across multiple sectors such as Heritage, Commercial & Education, you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of duties working alongside the Directors of the company.

Duties:
As an Assistant Surveyor, you’ll be supporting in the following areas:
Technical Services:
Pre-acquisition Surveys
Defect Diagnosis
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Condition Surveys
Housing Disrepair Surveys
Party Wall
Project Services:
Contract Administration
Project Management
Procurement
Acting as Employers Agent
Requirements
Degree in Building Surveying or similar related field
1-2 years experience in a Building Surveying or similar role
A desire to undertake your APC
Eager to learn and progress quickly
