This organisations Project and Cost Management team are industry leading experts with an excellent reputation in delivering projects within all sectors of the built environment and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London Team.

Duties:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the team in achieving high levels of client satisfaction and positive outcomes for their clients; showing a high level of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service.
This is a client facing role working on large flagship projects, enabling you to lead from the front, freedom to manage the delivery of your projects, whilst deferring to senior colleagues for support on larger projects and to determine strategy.
Requirements
Professional outlook with excellent communication skills
A wealth of experience in providing high quality quantity surveying and cost control services in relevant sectors
Chartership beneficial
Experience of take-off and producing BQs / cost estimates / feasibilities, benchmarking, procurement, and tendering.
Knowledge and experience of using measurement tools, such as Bluebeam.
Knowledge and experience of JCT forms of contracts and NEC forms (beneficial)
Experienced in cost reporting, change control, final accounts, interim and final payments.
Experience of working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships
Experience in managing business relationships at middle-management level
Capable of taking a project through from inception to completion
Confidence to work autonomously is essential
